FUNDING IN SHARK TANKS INDIA
The owners of Hobby India appeared on Shark Tank India and made an ask of ?50 lacs for 3% equity of the company at a valuation of ?16.67 crores.
In response to the ask, Veenita and Amit offered ?50 lakhs for 20% equity, which the owners countered with a 50 lacs for 4% equity. Vinita and Amit then made a final offer of 50 lacs for 15% equity.
The owners of Hobby India ultimately rejected the deal, and no final agreement was reached between the two parties.
