Ubreathe has been successful in its sales, having served over 1000 customers since its inception in 2020. The company's revenue has been steadily increasing since its launch. In the year 2018-2019, the revenue was 2.5 lakhs rupees. In the following year, it increased to 12.5 lakhs rupees, and in 2020-2021 it grew to 26.5 lakhs rupees. The company's gross margin is 30%, indicating that they are generating a profit from their sales. However, their EBITDA is -50%, which means that the company is currently operating at a loss. JOURNEY IN SHARK TANKS INDIA

The owner of the company pitched for a funding of 1.5 crore rupees in exchange for 7.5% equity. After the initial pitch, Namita made an offer of 50 lakhs rupees for 10% equity and 1 crore rupees debt at 10% interest. However, the owner of Ubreathe made a counteroffer of 50 lakhs rupees for 4% equity and 1 crore rupees debt at 10% interest.

After some negotiation, the final deal was struck between Ubreathe and Namita for 50 lakhs rupees in exchange for 10% equity and 1 crore rupees debt at 10% interest. This means that Namita now owns 10% of the company and also lent 1 crore rupees to Ubreathe at an interest rate of 10%. The deal also includes the option for Namita to convert her debt into equity at a later stage.

Overall, the funding deal seems to have worked out well for Ubreathe, as they were able to secure the funding they needed and also retain a significant portion of their equity. With the additional funding, Ubreathe can now invest in their business and expand their reach, while also leveraging Namita's expertise and network to achieve their growth goals.
