Sharma Ji ki Aata appeared on Shark Tanks India seeking an investment of 40 lakhs rupees for 10% equity in the company. After presenting their pitch, the pitchers received several offers and counter offers from the sharks.

Amit initially offered 20 lakhs for 25% equity and 20 lakhs debt at 12% interest rate. Vineeta then counter offered 20 lakhs for 20% equity and 20 lakhs debt at 12% interest. Amit and Vineeta later teamed up to offer 20 lakhs for 20% equity and 20 lakhs debt at 12% interest. However, the pitchers countered with a demand for 30 lakhs rupees for 20% equity and 10 lakhs rupees debt at 12% interest rate.

Anupam then entered the negotiations and offered 40 lakhs rupees for 20% equity in the company. The pitchers accepted this offer, choosing Anupam as their investor.
