Hammer Lifestyle pitched for 30 lakhs for 3% equity in the company. Namita Thapar and Peyush did not show any interest in the pitch, while Aman asked Rohit to sell the company for 1 crore rupees i.e. 100% equity for 1 crore, which was rejected.

Anupam and Ashneer counter offered 1 crore for 25% equity in the company. However, Anupam later backed out due to conflicts in Rohit's mind. Ashneer then offered 1 crore for 25% equity, and Aman countered with 75% equity for 1 crore rupees. Aman revised the deal again for 50% equity for 1 crore rupees, which was then reduced to 40% equity for 1 crore. Ashneer Grover then made a final counter offer for 20% equity for 1 crore rupees.

The final deal was eventually closed by Aman for 40% equity for 1 crore rupees. This means that the valuation of Hammer Lifestyle was approximately 2.5 crore rupees.
