Peeschute asked for 75 lakhs for 4% equity. However, Ashneer demanded 7% equity for the same amount, while Namita stepped out due to operational problems with the chambers. Aman offered 75 lakhs for 10% equity, and Anupam and Vineeta gave a joint offer of 75 lakhs for 10% equity.

Siddhant then gave a counter-offer to Aman of 75 lakhs for 6% equity. After considering all the offers, the final deal was closed with Shark Aman, who agreed to invest 75 lakhs for 6% equity in the company.

Peeschute has sold 2 lakh bags in four countries since 2019 and aims to expand its market in India and abroad. The investment from Shark Aman will help the company achieve its growth objectives and bring their innovative products to a larger audience.
