Kabaddi Adda has shown a steady increase in sales revenue over the past few years. In FY19-20, the company generated 24 lakhs rupees in revenue, which increased to 57 lakhs rupees in FY20-21. As of now, the revenue generated by the company is 1.2 crore rupees, and it is projected to reach 2.5 crore rupees for the current financial year. The company has also signed media and sponsored rights for 12-15 crore rupees for the next year, indicating their strong growth potential.

Kabaddi Adda's gross margin is around 80%, which is an impressive figure, indicating that the company is generating a significant profit on each sale. Additionally, the net margin of 30-40% suggests that the company has effective cost management and profitability strategies in place.

Kabaddi Adda generates revenue mainly from media sponsors and fantasy sponsors. This revenue model has proven to be successful, and the company has raised an investment of 20 crore from C Capitals. This investment will help Kabaddi Adda expand its services and reach a wider audience.


FUNDING IN SHARK TANKS INDIA

Kabaddi Adda's journey in Shark Tank India was a successful one, as they were able to secure a deal with two investors, Namita Thapar and Vineeta Singh. The pitchers approached the Sharks with an ask of 80 lakhs rupees for 1% equity of the company.

After hearing the pitch, Namita Thapar expressed interest in the venture and made a counter offer of 80 lakhs rupees in exchange for 5% equity in the company. Anupam was out of the deal, and Ashneer and Aman stepped out as well. Vineeta Singh then joined Namita in making a joint counter offer of 80 lakhs rupees for 6% equity in the company.

The pitchers made a counter offer of 1.2 crore in exchange for 5% equity in the company. However, the final deal was done with Namita Thapar and Vineeta Singh, who jointly offered 1 crore in exchange for 6% equity in the company.
